Barça Museum and Spotify Camp Nou in Barcelona: visiting in 2026-2027

The Barça Museum is one of the most visited attractions in Barcelona, but the experience has changed with the stadium's redevelopment. The team returned to play at Spotify Camp Nou on 22 November 2025, although building work is still under way. In the meantime, the visit is offered as the Barça Immersive Tour: the museum with an audio guide, an immersive room and a viewpoint over the works. Here we explain what you actually see, the official prices and opening hours, and how to get to Les Corts.

Updated 13 October 2026

Status of the Barça Museum and the stadium in October 2026

Before you book, it helps to understand the context. In June 2023 the club began a complete overhaul of its stadium as part of the Espai Barça project, and for a season and a half the first team played at the Estadi Olímpic on Montjuïc. The return to Spotify Camp Nou took place on 22 November 2025, with the stands partially open.

Ongoing works next to the Barça Museum

In October 2026 the stadium is still under construction. The third tier remains closed: according to the sports press in late September 2026, the City Council requires a single licence to open it fully, so it is not expected to be used during the 2026-27 season. The roof is also still to be completed. These figures and timelines may change, so treat them as a snapshot of the current situation.

What this means for a Barça Museum visit

The former Camp Nou Experience, which included a walk by the pitch, the dressing rooms and the press area, is not available while the works continue. The current ticket does not include a tour of the stadium interior. What remains is the museum, revamped with an immersive approach, together with a viewpoint where you can watch the progress of the works.

What a Barça Museum ticket includes today

The basic visit, called the Barça Immersive Tour, brings together several spaces in a circuit you follow at your own pace.

The Barça Museum with audio guide

The museum, opened in 1984, traces the club's history since its founding in 1899: trophies, historic shirts, items belonging to iconic players and a room dedicated to the great European titles. The audio guide is available in many languages and helps put each display case in context.

Spotify Camp Nou Live: the immersive room

One of the new features is a large-format projection room that recreates the atmosphere of a match day, with surround images and sound. It is the moment on the route that comes closest to the feeling of being in the stands.

Camp Nou works viewpoint

The circuit includes a raised point from which you can watch the redevelopment taking shape. It is a rare opportunity to see from the inside how a stadium of this size is transformed.

Barça Museum experiences with extras

Higher-tier options are available. The most complete, Total Xperience, adds shots against a robotic goalkeeper, a virtual reality experience, shirt personalisation at the official store and a digital photo of your visit. While the works continue, no option includes access to the dressing rooms or the pitch.

Official Barça Museum prices

Rates are published in the city's municipal events guide. These were the amounts listed in October 2026:

OptionGeneralReduced (ages 4-10 and over-65s)Residents of Catalonia
Barça Immersive Tour (basic)€28€21€16
Total Xperience€49€42€38

Indicative official prices, checked October 2026; they may vary by day and season. Children under 4 enter free.

Barça Museum tickets and match tickets

Bear in mind that a museum ticket does not give access to any match, and vice versa. If you want to see the team play, that is a separate purchase.

Barça Museum opening hours and the best times to go

The museum opens every day of the year except 25 December and 1 January. According to the municipal guide, in high season (late March to mid-October) the hours are 9:30 to 19:00, and from mid-October to 31 December they change to 10:00-18:00. Some sources indicate that on low-season Sundays it closes earlier, at around 15:00.

Barça Museum hours on match days

When the team plays at home, opening hours may be shortened and last entry brought forward. Before choosing a date, check the fixture list and the exact hours for the day when you book.

When the Barça Museum has the shortest queues

  • Early mornings on weekdays are the quietest.
  • Visitor numbers rise in summer and during school holidays.
  • The day before and the morning of a big match bring many fans to the area.

How to get to the Barça Museum in Les Corts

The visitor entrance is at Carrer d'Arístides Maillol, 12-18, in the Les Corts district, west of the city centre.

Barça Museum by metro

  • L3 (green): Palau Reial or Les Corts stations, about ten to fifteen minutes on foot.
  • L5 (blue): Collblanc or Badal stations, a similar distance on the other side of the stadium.

Barça Museum by bus

Lines serving the surrounding area include the 54, H8 and V5. From the centre, the metro from Plaça de Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia (L3) is the most direct route.

Camp Nou access during the works

During the redevelopment some entrances and pavements change temporarily. Follow the club's signs when you leave the metro and allow extra time to find the visitor entrance.

Visit length and route at the Barça Museum

Allow between an hour and a half and just over two hours for the basic option, depending on how long you spend at the display cases. If you choose an experience with extras or stop at the shop, the visit can easily stretch to three hours.

  1. Arrival and check: show your ticket on your phone.
  2. Museum: start with the club's origins and move on through its great eras.
  3. Immersive room: a projection of a match day.
  4. Viewpoint: a view over the stadium works.
  5. Official store: shirts, personalisation and souvenirs.

Barça Museum with children

Younger visitors especially enjoy the immersive room and the robotic goalkeeper in the higher-tier options. The reduced rate applies from age 4.

Practical tips for visiting the Barça Museum

Realistic expectations at the Barça Museum

The most important thing is to know in advance that, for now, you do not set foot on the pitch or go into the dressing rooms. With that in mind, the visit is very complete for fans and families, and the viewpoint adds something that will no longer exist once the works are finished.

Security and luggage at the Barça Museum

  • There are entry checks: travel light with small backpacks.
  • Bring a charged phone, as your ticket and often the audio guide run on it.
  • Crowded areas, such as the metro on match days, attract pickpockets: keep your wallet in an inside pocket.
  • Be wary of paying private individuals by bank transfer; book through channels that issue a confirmation.

Accessibility at the Barça Museum

If you are travelling with someone with reduced mobility, mention it when booking to find out about the adapted routes available during the works.

Things to do near the Barça Museum

Les Corts is a residential and university neighbourhood, away from the bustle of the centre, which combines well with other visits in the western half of the city.

From the Barça Museum to Pedralbes

A short distance away are the Gardens of the Palau Reial de Pedralbes, with a fountain designed by Gaudí, and, a little further up, the Güell Pavilions, whose dragon gate is another early work by the architect.

From the Barça Museum to Montjuïc

If you want to continue the sporting theme, Montjuïc is home to the Estadi Olímpic where the team played during the redevelopment. You can go up by cable car and enjoy views over the port. To get between distant areas in a single day, the tourist bus has a stop next to the stadium.

The Barça Museum in 2027 and the availability calendar

The redevelopment will continue to shape the visit for much of 2027: with the third tier planned for later and the roof still to be completed, the immersive format is likely to remain, although the club may add new features. Always check what the ticket includes on the day you choose.
